My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms offered a beautiful view of the mountains just like the photos I saw when booking, but they were too cold for comfort during the summer. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster with some staff being kind and helpful while others left me puzzled. The location, although surrounded by mountains, was far from Jiuzhaigou Park. The dining experience had its highs and lows, from a full range of choices to being too limited and busy during breakfast. The facilities were decent, but not exceptional.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were huge and beautiful, exactly like in the photos on my booking form. The service was top-notch, very kind and accommodating. The hotel's location is superb, situated in the southwest of Sichuan province in China, right by the national park, surrounded by mountains, and offering free performances in the evening at the Zhang Bar area. The dining experience offers American and Chinese breakfast in a 5-star resort setting, but with higher prices for the breakfast buffet. The service had its ups and downs, with difficulties in explaining the customer's bill at first but the manager going above and beyond to assist, and the hotel staff being absolutely awful throughout.
